LIVE TV

  1. To access channel sub-categories and the TV Guide, you must click the Live TV main menu options twice.  You will miss most of our channels if you don’t do this!
  2. Many of the sport channels, particularly the VIP Sport channels, only broadcast specific events – most of the time they show nothing.  Please contact us if you need any specific scheduling information: support@smart-streamz.com


ON-DEMAND MOVIES & TV SERIES

    1. To find specific Movies and TV Series, you need to use the magnifying glass to search by title name.  
    2. The SmartView app algorithms learn viewing preferences and feed your Smart Streamz app with recommendations.  The more you watch, the better the recommendations……so please be patient!!!
    3. Once you have watched enough content, addition genre recommendation rows will appear; providing you with the most personally relevant content to watch.
    4. If the Movie or TV Show you want is unavailable, please contact us to submit a request: support@smart-streamz.com

Follow these steps:

Step 1 – Go to the ‘Quick Fix Instructions’ section and follow the steps for your device type – these steps will fix most issues.

Step 3 – Go to any other section in the User Guide that relate to your technical issue.
